Surprise Email


The brief. A promotional CRM email campaign to drive revenue through a ‘surprise offer’ that is revealed once the user has clicked through to the landing page.

The idea. The concept features visual tension built through a Rube Goldberg-inspired structure, culminating in a call to action to "snip the string" and trigger the sequence. The finale is an exploded paint-filled balloon, dramatically revealing the discount in a colourful, unexpected splatter.
